While I was on Tumblr today I have been coming across some cool fanart for the new 3DS game, Bravely Default. I chose to use some of the fanart and the art style that's used for the development of this game and try to utilize it with one of their characters.
So I took some screens of my process for the hell of it but the idea was fairly simple; use color lines, no black, soft hues, and hard brushes. I actually just used one brush as it was a fairly quick and simple practice since I was using a few references.
